New types of myroxylamino and hydroxyureido sugars

ABSTRACT

The activity of nitroso urea, aziridines and alkylating agents as antineoplastics is limited because of their side effects despite their efficiency. To overcome these limits, the study proposed the synthesis of glycosyl N-hydroxyaziridines and hydroxyurea analogues of amino acids. Derivatives of the type [1, 2 and 3] have been synthesized.
