[Determination of the concentrations of sterols in several Syrian virgin olive oil samples]

ABSTRACT

Sterols were identified in ten samples of Syrian virgin olive oil, which obtained from Olive Mill distributed to different places in Syria, using a gas chromatography according to the method adopted by the International Council of olive oil.
