ABSTRACT
This study aimed to examine the correlation between preoperative high resolution computed tomography scan [HRCT] with surgical findings in twelve patients with complicated chronic suppurative otitis media. Seven points were studied, including, mastoid air cell development, extension of pathology, erosion of ossicles, integrity of facial canal, tegmen, sinus plate and presence of labyrinthine fistula. Excellent correlation is obtained in five of these points, with good correlation in remaining two
