ABSTRACT
A 10-year old Sudanese patient is reported who had the Sjogren-Larsson syndrome presenting with congenital ichthyosis, spastic diplegia and mental retardation. Histology of the skin biopsy confirmed the ichthyosis to be of the lamellar type.
