The amounts of pertussis toxin [PT] filamentus haemagglutinin [FHA], 69 KD outer memberane protein [69 KD O.M.P]. Agglutinogens [AGG] 2 and 3 and lipopolysacharid [L.P.S]. The antigens of bordetella pertussis by two physical and chemical extraction method appears from the Razi Institute cellular pertussis vaccine. These findings may have important implications for the evaluation of the protective substances and the immunogenicity of whole cell as opposed to acellular pertussis vaccines
