ABSTRACT
A 70-years-old patient from Somalia-Africa - presented to the dermatology outpatient clinic suffering from generalized pruritusdry skin and brick red swelling of his right thigh which was asymptomatic and of 3-months duration. Pathology proved it to be primary cutaneous marginal zone B-cell lymphoma. Patient was referred to oncology for further assessment and treatment
