ABSTRACT

We have been studying the cardiovascular symptoms of Friedrich's disease with 28 patients. We've made clinical, radiological, electrocardiographic and echocardiographic examinations as well as an X-ray examination. Although the clinical examination was poor, 75% had an abnormal echocardiogram though electrocardiographic aonomalies are observed in 60% of the cases only
