ABSTRACT
Extra nasopharyngeal presentation of Angiofibroma is rare though not unknown. The tumor at unusual sites always poses an added problem in diagnosis. The vascular tumor mass in the vicinity of the nasopharynx should arouse suspicion of its being angiofibroma. The diagnosis is confirmed by histopathology. Management was done by preoperative radiotherapy followed by surgical excision
