Post-cordectomy vocal cord insufficiencics in early stage larynx carcinoma could diminish the quality of the voice depending on the excision amount of the vocal fold. To avoid that, alloplastic prosthesis and autologus implants used but in our study the effectiveness and reliability of the strap muscle transposition to repair the glottic opening without a need to use any prosthesis is discussed in three cases
