ABSTRACT
Change in Lower Incisor inclination is effected by the change in vertical pattern of the patient and also has an impact on the lip prominence. Aim of this study was to assess the lower incisor inclination for patients with different vertical patterns and to establish correlation between IMPA and parameters used to assess the vertical pattern of the patient [1] i.e. lip prominence. Study models, lateral Cephalogram and photographs were taken for 74 subjects selected on the basis of selection criteria and ALD, IMPA, SNM, MMA, Facial Ratio and lip prominence were calculated and analyzed using SPSS version 10. Results concluded that 1.IMPA is statistically significantly but negatively correlated with the vertical pattern of the patient.2. Statistically significant correlation occurs between Lower incisor inclination and lip prominence
