The authors report the case of a surgical sponge migration into the jejunum in a patient operated 3 years before for pelvis cyst The patient presented with a resolving episodic occlusion. Diagnosis was suspected on the CT scan and confirmed whith laparotomy. Laparoscopy had a small contribution
