ABSTRACT
370 patients complaining from variable symptoms of dyspepsia were studied, full history, clinical examination and laboratory investigation panendoscopy and biopsy for histopathological diagnosis. The aim of the work is correlation between symptoms and investigation for early diagnosis of stomach lesions. Combined use of endoscopy and endoscopic multiple biopsies gave better information in early diagnosis of stomach lesion. Follow up of the patients complaining from symptoms of dyspepsia and proved by investigation that there is an elment of chronic gastritis was very important
