ABSTRACT
This work has been done to study and correlate the clinical, operative and post operative follow up of operations of undescended testis at different age groups. Post operative follow up for 2 years was done for the position and size in relation to the type of orchiopexy used. In cases of orchiodectomy, in unilateral undescended testis in adult age semen analysis was done pre and post operative for follow up. Histopathological examination was done for orchidectomy cases. We found that the best time for operation is in younger age [1 - 2 years], the testis retained its normal size and position within first 3 to 6 months of post operative peroid. The best results achieved by subdartos pouch fixation. In unilateral undescended testis after puberty improvement in semen quality
