Cerebral gliosarcoma anatomical and cIinical study case. The authors report a case of a cerebral tumor in an adult patient, with malignant signs. The histological study allowed to diagnose a mixed gliosarcoma. Were also studied the scanographical and ultrastructural aspects of this rare tumor though a literature review
