ABSTRACT
Dysmorphic lung is a term introduced to describe any congenital malformation in the form of hypoplasia of right lung with anomalous venous drainage and systemic arterial supply of variable degree. The scimitar anomaly is the commonest type of this condition. However, the syndrome is extended to include cases where one of the triad is absent. Our own experience in eight cases with dysmorphic right lung is presented and carefully discussed
