ABSTRACT
Hydatid cysts are known to occur in most organs especially in the endemic areas. However, its occurrence in uterus is extremely rare and it mostly occurs as a secondary involvement. Herein we reported on a 25-year-old woman with primary involvement of the uterus and left fallopian tube.
