ABSTRACT
Based on our previous epidemiologic studies on the risk factors for cervical cancer and its precursor lesions [Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia] among Egyptian women, recommendations for cytologic screening policy are given. Patient grouping into high risk and low risk was also specified suing a simple scoring system. The optimum screening interval to be adopted and the age for starting screening was also suggested
