Reconstruction of posterior cruciate ligament using a free patellar tendon graft through an anterior approach

Fourteen cases were the subject of PCL reconstruction using a rather new technique. Half patellar tendon free graft employing the anterior approach was used. Seven cases were rated as excellent, four as good and three as poor. The proposed technique and postoperative management are strongly recommended by the author in cases of disabled posterior cruciate deficient knees
