ABSTRACT
Patients with uncontrolled open-angle glaucoma on maximal tolerable treatment were treated with argon laser to the trabecular meshwork. Forty eyes [30 patients - 10 patients had bilateral open angle glaucoma]. These patients were divided into 4 groups. The technique of argon laser therapy is different in each group of eyes. Follow up of intraocular pressure and field changes for 6 months for each group was performed to compare between various techniques
