ABSTRACT
In is study an attempt was made to measure and compare the concentrations of hostacyclin, phenoximethyl penecillin and cephalexin in normal pulp tissue and venous blood serum after 2 days of oral administration. It was found that the three antibiotics showed measurable concentrations in the three antibiotics showed measurable concentrations in pulp tissue higher than the minimum inhibitory concentrations of each. The measured pulpal concentrations were higher than half that measured in blood serum
