Thirty cases of horizontal concomitant strabismus have undergone correction with the adjustable suture techniques; fifteen of them with a limbal approach method and the other fifteen with a culde-sac approach. Evaluation of the adjustable strabismus surgery techniques and added modifications as well as comparison between both approaches have been made
