ABSTRACT
Choroidal metastasis is the most common intraocular neoplasm and is associated with significant morbidity. In a small percentage of patients, ocular manifestation may be the initial presentation of a systemic malignancy and can be diagnostically difficult to distinguish from ocular primary malignancies.
