ABSTRACT
A rare case of transverse testicular ectopia presenting as right inguinal swelling in a cryptorchid male child of 3 years. It is considered among the youngest in the world literature. Investigations excluded any other urogenital anomalies or intersex state. The patient was operated upon, and two testes with two epidydidimes joined at their root up near the origin of the testicular artery were found. A good length of the cord and vessels of both moeties afforded orthotopic right and left subdartos pouch orchidopexy. The patient had a smooth post operative period. Confirmatory biopsy result revealed normal tubular structure and normal prepubertal testis
