ABSTRACT
Anomalies of the thyroid gland [clinical, biological or anatomical] are present in numerous myasthenic patients. A lot of series found only cases of hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's thyroiditis and exceptionally of Graves disease associated to myasthenia gravis. This is an association of 2 diseases refering to the auto-immune pathology. We report the observation of myasthenia gravis with respiratory disturbances associated to Graves disease wich are both and simultaneously uncompensated
