ABSTRACT
Patent ductus urachus [P D U] is a rare malformation that is almost always seen in newborns. The incidence is 3 per 200,000 persons, with a male to female ration of 3 to 1.The Bartholomaeus carrolius in 1550 described PDU as an umbilical fistula for the first time. We report a case of PDU with stone in a 55-year old man
