Value of CT scan in selecting patients for partial laryngectomy

ABSTRACT
Ten patients suffering from cancer larynx were assessed clinically and by C.T. scan surgery was done and pathological examination of the specimens was done. C.T. scan gave higher accuracy and proper assessment of gross cartilage invasion, pre-epiglottic space and paralaryngeal space invasions. It was of limited value in early glottic lesions
