ABSTRACT

Introduction:

The lack of agreement between job demands and worker capacity and repetitive / restless working may lead to cumulative trauma disorders. These disorders occur during months and years of facing with extra-physical and psychological stressor in work environment. This study was conducted among workers of an aluminum industry in Hormozgan to determine the prevalence of CTDs and MSDs. The result of this study can be used to develop CTD preventive strategies in the workplace towards improving workers health
