ABSTRACT
Introduction:
Duodenal ulcer [DU] perforation is one of the severe complications of duodenal ulcer. Although, antiulcer drugs reduce the risk of duodenal ulcer perforations but perforation may occur in 2-10% patients taking antiulcer drugs. In elderly patients of duodenal ulcer perforation, the mortality remains 30-50% in-spite of optimal management
