ABSTRACT
Military, operational circumstances exposed to potentially traumatic situations involving life-threatening and complicated by both a state of post- traumatic stress events reflect the specific effects of psychological trauma. We report the case of a former 79-year-old fighter who has a state of post- traumatic stress disorder, whose symptoms were not suggestive.
