Introduction: Anger is one of the most important and influential emotions in human life and it plays a major role in life
Objective: One of the most influential natural emotions of anger that affects a person's physical and mental health. Studies have shown that chronic anger and continuous modes of expression and its control over the course of mood and anxiety disorders, as well as the negative impact of leaving.
