[Giant cavernous hemangioma of the liver: a report of a case and review of the literature]

ABSTRACT

Cavernous hepatic hemangioma is the most frequent benign liver tumour, but the giant form is rare . we report our experience of one case, who has had a hurting tumor of epigastric.the patient had a left hepatic lobectomy. we discuss the diagnosis and the different treatments
