ABSTRACT
Background:
Many patients who are undergoing anesthesia and surgical have untreated stress and anxiety in day of surgery that will effect on the psychological and physiological levels. Reduction anxiety accepted as part of pre-operative nursing care. The present study investigated the effects of Guided Imagery on Anxiety level of the patients undergoing appendectomy.
