A case is reported of a long standing, ignored, Foreign Body, a large piece of wood which entered after penetrating injury in a road traffic accident near the medial canthus of right eye and was lodged in Nasopharynx. Nasopharynx is a site which is rarely mentioned in books and literature, a brief review of the subject is included
