Myofibrosarcoma of knee

ABSTRACT

A 77 year old gentleman sustained a swelling on the later surface of his left leg after being hit by a cow. The swelling was drained on multiple occasion and failed to resolve, in the contrary it got worse. A formal incision and drainage under GA was carried out and the drained material were sent for histopathology which confirmed a diagnosis of soft tissue Sarcoma i.e. Myofibrosarcoma
