ABSTRACT
Introduction:
The rate of dropping out had markedly increased, this finding is directly related to learning difficulty of some subjects that represent a major stresses greatly affecting students' academic performance. As a response the head of the central administration in Cairo educational sector distributed a leaflet asking the heads of primary and preparatory school to survey for students with reading and writing disabilities, select the best members of the teaching staff and assign them to give additional classes outside the regular timeframe to improve the performance of those academically retarded Students
