Delirious mania is a relatively rare condition in psychiatry. It has been reported in the literature for more than a century; however, it is still not recognized as a separate entity in psychiatry. We present a case of a thirty-six-year-old Filipina who presented with an acute onset of catatonia. The patient had delirium as well as manic features.
