Objective:
To compare the efficacy, cost effect and safety of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy [ESWL] and ureteroscopy [URS] for distal ureteric calculi by evaluating stone-free rates, retreatment rates, need for auxiliary procedures, associated complications and technical consideration with respect to patient satisfaction
