Statement of Problem:
Periodontal regeneration in the furcation defect is considered as one of the most challenging aspects of periodontal therapy. Among different approaches, GTR has shown promising biologic and clinical results. There is evidence indicating that the use of platelet-rich plasma [PRP] may improve the outcome of regenerative periodontal therapy
