Bullous pyoderma gangrenosum is an atypical variety of pyoderma gangrenosum characterized by rapidly evolving vesicles or bullae that later rupture to form ulcers, commonly associated with underlying hematological malignancy. Various therapeutic options are available, including corticosteroids and other immunosuppressive agents.
