Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans of frontal region a rare entity: difficult to treat

ABSTRACT
This is a case report of an old lady female patient presented with a very large Dermatofibrosarcoma Protuberans on her forehead she was operated twice in periphery but there was local recurrence. A wide local excision of the tumor along with a minimum of 2 cm margin was done, with removal of the underlying frontal bone. For reconstruction bucket handle flap from scalp was advanced forward to cover the forehead, and its parent area was covered with STSG. Local advancement flaps like Bipedicled tripier flaps and Nasolabial fold flaps were used to cover the orbital regions and nasal bridge
