Aim:

Hobnail hemangioma [targetoid hemosiderotic hemangioma] is a benign vascular tumor that is usually characterized as a papule with an ecchymotic halo on the periphery. It is usually seen in young adults and most commonly affects limbs. The lesion is seen equally in both sexes. This vascular tumor is rare in the world and, according to our acknowledge, only one case has been reported in Iran. In this case report, we described the second case of targetoid hemosiderotic hemangioma
