ABSTRACT

Background:

prevalence of sexual disorder in American males is 30-50% and prevalence of premature ejaculation is 15-42%. Premature ejaculation [PE] is the most common sexual dysfunction compliant in about 35-40% of men younger than 40 years, therefor a study for survey and dignosis of this disorders very important. we compare the efficacy and side effects of fluoxetine and citalopram for patients complaining of premature ejaculation without evident organic causes
