ABSTRACT
Perineal testis is a rare condition. Although present during infancy, the condition is still diagnosed at an older age. Its association with a contralateral incompletely descended testis has been reported once. We report our experience with 2 cases of perineal ectopia, one of which was associated with a contralateral incomplete descended testis and presented with infertility. A review of the english literature is included
