ABSTRACT
Twelve Children with a history of cleft lip, which was repaired previously by single triangular flab repair; were reoperated upon again due to unsatisfactory result of the primary repair. The cause of failure of the primary repair to achieve criteria for success was mainly due to failure of repair of the or peculiars oris muscle which must be recut and properly directed and resutured again in the revesion operation, together with scar revision and Z plasty repair for the skin
