ABSTRACT
This comparative study includes the effect of two inhalational agents, namely halothane and isofulrane, on the middle ear pressure in sixty patients with normal middle ear function. The effect of both agents on the middle ear pressure and the duration required to achieve these changes are seen in Fig. 1 and Tables 2,3. It appeared that there were no significant differences between halothane and isoflurane effects in regard to pressure changes and to the time required to achieve these changes. This research was done by a financial grant from the Deanship of the Scientific research, University of Jordan
