ABSTRACT
Twenty five infertile patients were received clomiphene citrate [clomid], human menopausal gonadotrophin [humagon] and human chorionic gonadotrophin [pregnyl HCG] to stimulate multiple ovulations. The first split ejaculate of the husband was allowed to liquify and the sperm cells were isolated from other seminal components. These spermatozoa were hyperactivated in modified TC- 199 culture medium supplemented with either 20% or 30% wife inactivated serum or B2-menzo medium following sperm pellet isolation. A concentration of 2 millions sperm cells in 0.2 ml culture medium was transferred into uterine cavity via cervical canal. The luteal defect was supported by HCG treatment. We reported in the present work 68% pregnancy rate and 50% live birth with three twins birth
