ABSTRACT
The ataxic hemiparesis is a rare entity whose semiology is unusual, considering that hemi paresis and cerebellar signs are both presents in the same side of the body. This hemiparesis is the more often reported to a lacune of the internal capsale. About this subject, we propose to examinate 2 observations where a lacune of the anterior part of the posterior limb of the internal capsule is nesponsible, rising an ataxic hemiparesis. We'll discuss the physiopathologic aspects and the differents lesionary localisations, under the light of litterature data
