Oncocytic schneiderian papilloma is a rare sinonasal tumor often mistaken for oilier benign and malignant lesion. The present report concern a 65 years old woman presented with a chronic nasal obstruction and sinonasal polyps. Oncocytic papilloma was established with optic microscopic examination.
