Cephalosporins prophylaxis of patients undergoing oral surgical procedures

The present study aims to assess the value of cephalosporins prophylaxis for patients undergoing oral surgery procedures specially removal of both impacted lower third molars. The study was carried out on total of thirty patients, presented with impacted bilateral lower third molars, all cases included in the study were bilateral deeply impacted lower third molar [position B and C].
