ABSTRACT
The point prevalence of hypertension [HT] among 1098 male workers with five years of continuous employment was found to be 11.8%, 75% were newly discovered. HT was found to be more prevalent among employees of the general service department. Raised blood pressure was found to be associated significantly with duration of employment using the multiple regression
